Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. You do not need to give a reason.

To use your right of withdrawal, write to us at contact@livanails.com with your order number before the deadline. You must then return the items no later than 14 days after notifying us.

Hygiene

For hygiene reasons, gel polish pens that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Unopened pens and the lamp can be returned in their original condition.

Returns

You pay the return shipping yourself. We send you the return address once we have received your message. The parcel must be sent with tracking.

Refunds

We refund the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as for the purchase.

Defective items

If an item is defective or damaged on delivery, contact us within 14 days with a photo. We will send a new item or refund the amount free of charge.
