These terms of sale apply to all purchases from Liva Nails, whichever country you order from. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Liva Nails is an online shop without a physical store. Email: contact@livanails.com.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of the country you shop from (Danish kroner, Swedish kronor or euro). The price at checkout is the final price: no extra customs duties or fees are charged on delivery. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. The amount is charged when the order is placed.

Offers

Offers and discounts apply as long as they are shown on the site and are applied automatically in the cart.

Order confirmation

You receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal and warranty

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, see our refund policy. You also have a 2-year legal warranty under applicable EU rules.

Use of the products

Gel polish must be cured under UV/LED light. Avoid contact with the skin and stop using the product if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable EU consumer law. You always keep the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.
